★★★★★ Brought my Tesla Model Y in today for a tire replacement and had an excellent experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. There was absolutely no pressure to upsell me. In fact, they went out of their way to check cheaper suppliers and options to help me get a better price. I also went back and forth a little while figuring things out, and the lady helping me was incredibly patient and understanding the entire time. They even helped me roll my old tire back to my car afterward. Really excellent service. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Though I hadn't been to Don's Tire Service in 20+ years (being away from Berkeley), when my tire was nearly flat one day, I called them. They told me to bring it by right away, and they would check it out. It turned out to be a puncture, and they were able to patch it while I waited! And for a very reasonable cost. The tires I have are unusual, and that was no problem. SUPER nice folks, so happy they're still here, providing great tire service!

I had a great experience with Don's Tire Service in Berkeley. I was referred to them by my regular mechanic. The service was friendly and efficient. The estimates were right on target, and I appreciated how well they explained things, also letting me know that, in fact, my car DIDN'T need one of the things I'd brought it in for. Honest, efficient and reliable in my experience.

I’ve been to Don’s tires a couple of times and I’ve always appreciated their Customer Service above and beyond what you find almost anywhere these days! So refreshing.! Not only that they have a great sense of humor, and seem to really enjoy what they do – perhaps that’s the secret to such exceptional customer service! They are honest and have a dog on site at times. What more could you ask for!?! I highly recommend this business.

The first time I tried Dons shop I was a little skeptical because most shops see a woman and sometimes think oh yea we’re def up charging, she won’t know” but it wasn’t like that here. It was after getting a flat tire on my ford explorer which left me parked two streets away from them but that was no issue, they were able to order the exact same tire replacement that same day + haul my truck there and have it installed. 10/10! The second to third time, I walked in for a quote, and the following days I brought my Mustang gt for an alignment, my steering wheel used to be extremely off centered and would pull away to a different direction, this car was going through it during that time, given that I was hit by a 20ft steel container months prior at some worksite, initially my front axle was broken and had my tire hanging by a thread doing full 360 all around all misaligned. My own father who’s a mechanic was able to fix this issue but I still needed an alignment but didn’t want to hand over this workload to my dad so eventually I looked no more and took it to Dons, even before them I had visited multiple shops where they wanted to charge and replace my entire suspension/ axle arms an
